As one of seven state building offices in Lower Saxony, the State Building Management Region North-West carries out the construction measures of the country and the federal government. With around 360 employees, we serve more than 5,500 buildings in the western Lower Saxony – from the county of Bad Bentheim and Osnabrück in the south to the North Sea. For our four regional offices we are looking for an unlimited period for the field of operating technology at Wilhelmshaven, Oldenburg, Bad Iburg, Emden, Meppen and Aurich.
