Responsible for the identification, quantification and calculation of all project-related services (material, working time, production costs) and for the assessment of technical project risks selection, control and support of external partners and suppliers, including supply organization, collection and analysis, as well as interface management for technology and purchasing teams Budget planning and control for all project components; Monitoring financial changes during execution and proactive identification of future risks and opportunities Assessment of the economic sustainability of construction projects and preparation of sound recommendations Support in order and order management for subcontractors

Complete studies as an architect, engineer or degree at an economic college with specialization in the construction sector Professional experience as a construction calculator or project manager in cost management Very good computer knowledge (e.g. MS Office, costing tools) English knowledge at a very good level as well as fluent German knowledge Other European languages are of advantage Analytical thinking, structured working and high reliability
