Our client is a company that produces individual energy and drive solutions and distributes them to demanding customers from a wide range of industries. With around 200 employees in Germany, our customer is represented at several locations in Germany.

In the course of a follow-up scheme, we are looking for a branch management (m/w/d) / a location manager:in. In your function, you run a team (>10 MA) and develop the distribution of the service and spare parts business. In addition, you will help shape the development of the site and align the organization and processes with the corporate strategy.

Successfully completed training e.g. as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade, industrial businesswoman /-mann or studies in commercial and/or technical fields, e.g. Sales experience and leadership skills, ideal in the technical environment and/or service business Guide Personality with Hands-on-Mentality, Openness for Changes and Experience in Accompanying Transformation Processes Cooperative, motivating leadership style paired with open communication to maintain and further promote team spirit Technical understanding in machine and plant engineering desirable Embossed customer, service and solution orientation Knowledge of SAP of advantage Very good German knowledge in word and writing, good English knowledge
