HessenForst is a state company according to § 26 of the State Budget Regulation and thus part of the Hessian State Administration. Our mission is to preserve the forest in Hesse as a basis for life for generations, to cultivate and develop according to economic and ecological principles.

For the Forstamt Fulda, we are looking for a qualified and committed person (m/w/d) for the next possible time** with 75% of the working time of a full-time worker.

“Objective processing wood”

♪ The main tasks

• support for production management in the conclusion and settlement of purchase contracts; monitoring, distribution, allocation and control of supply quotas; in monitoring compliance with the requirements of AVZB and delivery plans binding on the customer (w/m/d)
• Dealing with correspondence and telephone calls in the course of the wooden sales shops
• Monitoring of payment inputs in the field of wood sales in the state forest
• Monitoring of guarantees
• Participation in the tendering of entrepreneurial services (wooden, wood supply chain, back)

Changes and extensions of the tasks are possible through appropriate definition in the business distribution plan

Your profile

Requirements

• Complete vocational training as an administrative specialist or comparable vocational training (BBiG) or comparable qualification, which corresponds to the same DQR level and has a similar focus on content
• Secure handling of PC and standard software (MS Windows and MS Office)
• SAP knowledge or willingness to further training
