For this we are responsible for the complete life cycle of a dm market: from the location search to the constructional completion and installation of our markets to the maintenance during the lease term. As part of the Facility Management Markets division, the Asset and Service Management team is responsible for all planned and preventive maintenance measures, the maintenance strategy of constructional and technical installations and maintenance management. The team also manages accounting and cost management and coordinates maintenance and winter service. You therefore act as support services for our markets from the company headquarters in Karlsruhe.

Responsibility for maintenance strategy: In your role, you are responsible for and defining the maintenance strategy for the electric, photovoltaic systems, escape and security lighting, voice alarm systems Organization of DGUV-V3 exams: You are responsible and coordinating the DGUV-V3 exam Ensuring maintenance: You can centrally ensure maintenance of technical equipment and facilities in the markets to be managed Control of external service providers: You dispose of external service technicians and product specialists, for example for maintenance and testing Process optimization and administration: You are responsible for the process optimization and operational administration in relation to monitoring systems and device elements Participation in budget and controlling: You are involved in maintenance cost planning and controlling

Education: You have a successfully completed technical training, a commercial training with additional qualification as an electrician/mechatronicr or relevant experience as an electrician/mechtronicr Experience in Facility Management: You ideally have professional experience in facility management as well as in the commercial project processing of technical facts MS-Office-365-knowledge: You are communicative and safe to use common office applications Structured and independent mode of operation: You are well structured, have a pronounced organizational ability and self-initiative
