WCG Wärme Contracting GmbH is a company operating throughout Germany in the field of sustainable heat and energy solutions. The focus is on the development, implementation and optimization of efficient contracting models for decarbonization of the heat market. Plant operation and partner management Construction, support and further development of the handicraft partner network Control and coordination of external service providers Organisation of tradesmen and chimney sweeping measures Ensuring smooth plant operation Order and quality management Control and tracking of maintenance orders Ensuring timeliness, quality and economy Analysis and continuous optimization of operating, customer and partner processes Training and support of partner companies with regard to internal processes and systems

Professional qualifications Ideally technical or craft training; Cross-catchers are welcome Professional experience in plant operation, facility management, maintenance management or a comparable environment Experience in controlling external service providers or partner networks of advantage Safe handling of Microsoft Office and ideally CRM and project management systems Personal competencies Embossed organisational and communication skills Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation High self-responsibility and decision-making and implementation strength Team skills and joy in cross-departmental cooperation
