As part of the sales team, you take administrative tasks and support the sales team along the entire sales process. You are responsible for the processing of complex, public tendering (national and international) For our customers, you process offer requests and their individual requirements You prepare offers, sales documents and negotiations in close cooperation with the field service and technical consulting You'll process larger chance requests for our software solutions for driving, circulation and service planning as well as personnel and vehicle disposition You collect and provide customer information and sales data in the system You acquire comprehensive knowledge of our product portfolio and continuously deepen it through your own initiative, training offers and with the help of colleagues

You draw your attention through your structured, targeted and methodological work You value to acquire and document new knowledge – whether technical, technical or sales You don't let yourself be rested in time or human bottlenecks and look for a varied environment You communicate safely and targeted in German and English with different stakeholders, other languages are of advantage You are interested in complex IT systems, processes and challenges in the ÖPNV and various organizational structures At best, you have knowledge of public procurement and procurement law You have fun experiencing our customers and projects live on occasional (inter)national missions
