You will independently process requests from ASD members for membership in ASDBGN for medical and safety care to fix and track contributions for the provision of services by the ASDBGN contractors

They advise the ASD members on the phone You deal with contradictions and other complaints of ASD members You manage the master files of ASD members You answer questions from contract partners about legal and organizational problems

a successfully completed training for the social security specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial training with relevant professional experience, preferably in the context of a professional cooperative at least one-year practical experience in the telephone consultation/customer support Knowledge of social security law and/or administrative procedural law Ready-to-use, responsibilities, resilience and high flexibility (due to the constant change of telephone requests and written processing) a high degree of initiative and self-organisation a good understanding and joy in an independent, independent activity Empathy, team skills and a service-oriented attitude Communication capability (good expressiveness in word and writing) Experience in an occupational health and safety organization is desirable We welcome applications regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic and social origin, religion/worldview, disability, age as well as sexual orientation and identity.
