Your profile Training to/from the bank businessman/wife, real estate businessman/wife and completed training to the bank specialist or a comparable degree. Ideally, you have additional qualifications in the real estate sector, for example as a real estate owner. You bring practical experience in real estate consulting. You inspire customers through their strong sales and acquisition strength in purchasing and selling real estate. You act entrepreneurial, independent and targeted with above-average commitment. You convince by communication strength, negotiation skills and a professional appearance. Market and local knowledge are desired.

Your duties For customers and colleagues, you are a qualified contact person in all aspects of the real estate business. Your duties include the independent acquisition and sale of residential and investment properties. Professional consultancy and handling throughout the conciliation process. Close cooperation with customer consultants and specialists in construction financing and the insurance business of the Kreissparkasse Ludwigsburg. You are also responsible for implementing sales promotion measures and designing customer advisors for the real estate business. Monitoring the regional real estate market and identifying new business opportunities.
