During your two-year or three-year training, you’ll get all the relevant areas of gastronomy, including insights into food & beverage. In addition, you will be in the vineyard during an impressive study trip to the winemaker, may be Hotel Director or Chef at the Azubi Day as a rehearsal and will be able to continue your training in our own Kamp Hotels Academy. We will be happy to support your work-life balance in the form of regional & global benefits through our “pointcard”, cost-effective fitness training in the adjacent gym and the “more!” in the form of an innovative reward system. In the extremely effective dual system, we train up to 27 young people over two to three years in different professions. Facts for DEINE training at the beach hotel: You earn €1,000 in the 1st year of teaching, €1,100 in the 2nd year of teaching,-€ and in the 3rd year of teaching 1,250,-€ The aim is to take over our trainees after successful completion.
