Group Foreman for the Test Bench (m/w/d)

You guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly and bear responsibility for the jobs You contribute to personnel deployment and investment planning and are the driver of continuous improvements You ensure the safety of work and at the same time take responsibility for timeliness, quality monitoring and improvement

You have a completed training recognised in Germany as a technician or master in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification You ideally have first leadership experience You are characterized by team skills and a high level of commitment You have good MS Office and SAP skills and preferably have English skills You are ready for work in 3-shift operation as well as for multi-working
