The Global Partner Manager – DEVA Bearings is responsible for accelerating global revenue growth through the development, expansion, and performance management of DEVA's global partner and distributor network. This role builds trusted, long-term relationships with existing partners while aggressively identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners aligned with DEVA's positioning as a a high-performance, maintenance-free, self-lubricating bearing solutions.
Key resposansabilities
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with existing global partners and distributors through regular reviews, cadence calls, and face-to-face engagement. Identify, assessment, recruit, and onboard new partners and distributors aligned with DEVA Bearings' strategic markets and value proposition. Drive aggressive prospecting and hunting to increase qualified opportunities, sales funnel, and purchase order wins. Grow and manage a robust global sales to pipeline support short- and long-term revenue targets. Travel extensively to conduct joint customer visits, partner reviews, and market development activities. Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data within Salesforce CRM. Collaborate cross-functionally with regional sales, engineering, operations and leadership teams to support partner-driven opportunities.
Measures of success
Growth in global partnership-driven revenue and Purchase Order wins. Expansion and quality improvement of the global partner and distributor network. Sustained increase in qualified opportunities and overall sales funnel value. High partnership engagement, alignment, and satisfaction.
Key requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Engineering preferred). 8–10+ years of experience in industrial B2B sales, business development, or partner/channel management. Demonstrated success managing and growing distributor or partner networks across multiple regions. Strong opportunity creation, funnel management, and closing capability. Proven experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools. Willingness and ability to travel abroad (50+%).
