Senior Software Developer C++ (m/f/d)

Development, maintenance and refactoring of existing C++ applications (legacy code) as well as bug fixes and performance optimization Conception and implementation of new applications with Qt (C++/Qt 6), including the creation of UI prototypes and integration of third-party libraries Participation in all phases of the software lifecycle: from requirement analysis and design to implementation, code review to testing and deployment Safe handling of test and build scripts (pyTest, googletest, QtTest) as well as performing static and dynamic code analyses Compliance with coding standards (e.g. C++ Core Guidelines) and security policies as well as active participation in code reviews Evaluation of new technologies, libraries and tools and their integration into the project portfolio Ensuring a structured, comprehensible operation with clean code, name conventions and documentation Knowledge transfer and mentoring of junior developers as well as active collaboration in agile teams (Scrum) through participation in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives

Complete study of computer science, electrical engineering, physics, media informatics, computer engineering or a comparable qualification Mind. 5 years of professional experience as C++ developerin, software engineer, embedded software engineer, system engineer, QA engineer (software testing) or hardware software integratorin Experience with MFC (legacy code) and Qt as well as a good understanding of software architectures Secure knowledge in database management, infrastructure, git, CMake and CI tools Experience in agile teams (Scrum), ideally with certification as Scrum Master or Product Owner Impressed analytical skills, high learning readiness, proactive working methods and experience in customer and stakeholders management
