You are a macher type and want to run a team as well as optimize and organize operations in a modern laundry? Then apply with us!

As a central contact person, you are responsible for the organisation, control, monitoring and improvement of the operations Leading industrial employees and personnel deployment planning You are familiar with ensuring compliance with regulations on occupational safety and other regulations as well as the job order A vigilant eye should bring you to quality assurance and monitoring of washing processes Always keep a cool head: eliminate minor disturbances on machines and systems

Ideally completed training for textile cleaners (shore beginners are welcome) Willingness to work in alternating shift: change every two weeks, 2 weeks early shift and then 2 weeks late shift You are happy to have professional experience in the production sector, ideally as a team leader or department manager in production Ideally, you already have first leadership experience Safe handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge of advantage, but no need for position Embossed communication skills and organizational talent High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, hands-on mentality and flexibility, strong customer and service orientation as well as team skills German language skills in word and writing
