The SOS Children's Village Pfalz in Eisenberg is a youth support facility with children's village families and housing groups, a children's daycare centre and an advisory and family centre.

At the SOS Children's Village of Pfalz we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment (19.25 hours/where), more working hours (max. 30) are limited until 31.07.2025

Your tasks include: relationship: They care for children from 1 to 6 years of age with mindfulness and warmth – whether during playing, eating or in transition situations Variety in everyday life: Whether playing on the outdoor area, natural experiences in the forest, opportunities for movement in the gym or visiting the goats – you create exciting and development-promoting moments Daily support: With patience, you help the little ones to move on and off, accompany rituals such as lunch and rest time, and read stories that make small heads dream Protection & responsibility: They carefully and responsibly implement the principles of child protection and care and always act in the sense of the welfare of children

They have completed training as a state-recognized educatorin or comparable social pedagogical qualification as a jumperin show flexibility, openness and team spirit. They meet new situations with curiosity and can be used on different group structures Thanks to your strong communication skills, you can quickly find yourself in new teams and understand how to communicate with parents, colleagues and children at eye level They work structured and with a high degree of self-responsibility – and at the same time have a good sense of what children need Their attitude towards children is characterized by respect, appreciation and professional proximity.
