You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role and bring solid knowledge in German staff administration and labour and social security law with You have an affinity for digital tools and find yourself well with the different software (Success Factors, Abacus, MyTime, Zendesk, Confluence and Jira) You have the pleasure of discovering possibilities of improvement and implementing changes that promote productivity and efficiency - you don't lose sight of the human being You think systemically and beyond your area of responsibility and let a good portion of pragmatism flow into your decisions You use your creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals You are a real team player who likes to support others and at the same time does not hesitate to ask for help if necessary.
