Responsibility for BSC Finance and the further development of the services as well as disciplinary leadership of BSC Finance team management Monitoring and optimization of processes and measures in the field of BSC Finance as well as team support in the introduction and training of optimized processes, new tools and systems in our regions Cooperation with Peers on cross-cutting issues as a member of the BSC Management team Support of the BSC leader and management in strategy development, business case creation and management decisions Creation of annual budget planning in close cooperation with the management and processing of Ad-Hoc requests Advice and contact person in strategic and operational questions about service, process and/or tool optimization in the area of finance Regular interregional exchange on customer requests and suggestions for improvement Active participation and acquisition of projects, close cooperation, for example, with Group functions or in the context of M&A activities

Completed (specialized) university studies, ideally focusing on controlling, finance or accounting or a comparable area Multiannual professional experience in controlling, accounting and/or finance with leadership responsibility, ideally in the shared services environment and experience in project management Funded handling of current MS Office applications (especially Excel) as well as very good knowledge in SAP Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High self-responsibility, team capacity and communication strength
