Team Leader Planning/Production Control (m/f/d)

In this responsible position, your team controls the MRP and production control at Gera and Zeulenroda sites. You provide stable processes, transparent standards and efficient production control. Professional and disciplinary leadership of a six-member team in Gera and Zeulenroda Responsibility for disposition, work preparation and production control of defined production areas Ensuring timeliness, consistency, throughput times and capacity utilization Development and standardization of MRP and work processes Care of relevant process and product master data Analysis of target-actual deviations and derivation of appropriate measures Monitoring system-side interfaces and clarification of error messages Close cooperation with purchasing, IT, sales service, central warehouse, production and QM

Complete technical or business studies or commercial or technical training with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in work preparation, disposition, production control or production logistics First or multi-year leadership experience desirable Experience with industrial planning and control systems, ideally SAP Structured, solution-oriented and process-oriented operation Communication strength, team orientation and joy in the further development of processes and employees
