Senior Expert (f/m/d) for Restructuring and Crisis Management

We are looking for an Senior-Expertin (w/m/d) for restructuring and crisis management for an unlimited activity in full time or part-time as a speaker at our offices in Bonn or Frankfurt am Main. They take over tasks of the BaFin as a national settlement authority and as part of the Single Resolution Mechanism (SRM). As part of the basic crisis preparations, you are responsible for the further development of the crisis processes that you are voting with the national and international authorities and institutions involved. As part of the intensive care of crisis institutes or in concrete crisis situations, you contribute to the overall management of all operations of a resolution measure by the independent takeover of coordination tasks and the evaluation of situational issues. The further development of existing and/or conception of completely new crisis processes taking into account the relevant framework conditions The design, implementation and (legal) preparation (Lessons Learnt) of regular complex crisis simulations involving various authorities and institutes The intensive care of crisis institutes as well as the assessment of situational legal issues within the framework of the control of all processes of a crisis / settlement measure

With at least the grade “good” you have completed or have reached at least one “satisfactory” in both (state) exams as a full lawyer. You will also have at least three years of professional experience in supporting financial restructuring, such as credit or rating analystin, insolvency administratorin or transaction specialist*in You have very good banking/credit/balance sheet analysis skills You have a sense of economic/legal relationships and the ability to grasp complex facts You convince colleagues and externals on the basis of your appraisal handling and your clear approach to the matter You have the digital skills to understand and classify new developments in a digital environment They are open to work in projects or project structures and ideally have experiences in workshop and moderation techniques, agile working methods or even in project management You have very good knowledge of English We presume you are ready to do business trips. Service trips can also take several days, but are usually planned.
