As a production assistant (m/w/d), you work in a practical position with clear processes and direct reference to production. In this function, you support the machining of metal parts in a working environment near Marburg and help to ensure that the production runs smoothly.

• Support in the machining of metal parts according to clear specifications and work steps
• Pre- and post-processing of workpieces for the further production process
• Installation, removal and easy control of components during processing
• Clean sorting, packaging and provision of the finished parts for the next step
• To carry out simple inspections on quality assurance in the ongoing process
• Participation in a decent, secure and structured workplace
• Cooperation with professionals to ensure that material flow and production remain efficient

We are looking for

A reliable profile that likes to work practically and is quickly immersed in a clearly structured everyday production. In particular, motivation, accuracy and an in-depth working method are required for the job as a production assistant (m/w/d).

• First experience in production, metalworking or a similar area is advantageous, but no requirement
• readiness to pack physically with and to carry out simple workflows concentrated
• Careful handling of workpieces, materials and tools
• Understanding order, safety and a clean working environment
• Working time in a planned full-time structure
• Use in the layer system
