Description Interface function between engineering and manufacturing and Supply Chain in the Product Development Process Technical management function in development projects with regard to manufacturing processes Coordination of development tasks with specialist departments such as construction, work preparation, measurement technology, NC programming, production development and purchasing and procurement Safeguarding the manufacturing and economic design (Design to Cost) for technical approvals, feasibility studies and amendments Responsible for the production and testing of new projects both for internal production and for the external supply chain Development of efficient production lines in close cooperation with industrialisation Introduction and advancement of new developed manufacturing processes and integration into the existing production process Participation in offerings and execution of cross-departmental calculations with regard to RC/NRC costs Sync and ensure compliance of all standards on building documents with customer requirements for both internal and external production

Complete engineering studies in the field of production technology, mechanical engineering, aerospace technology or comparable training background with adequate experience Very good knowledge of product and manufacturing development, preferably of aerospace products Experience in manufacturing and testing technologies for the aerospace industry Knowledge of manufacturing processes of fiber composite components such as infusion, fiber placement and sandwich components Knowledge of polymer chemistry Knowledge in the field of textile preform technology of advantage Knowledge of REFA or Six Sigma desirable Very good knowledge of PLM systems and change management Experience with CAD, technical drawings and component tolerances German and very good English skills Moderation and team skills Self-employed, structured and targeted
