The Schön Klinik Rendsburg is a central focus provider in Schleswig-Holstein and since 2023 part of the Schön Klinik Group operating throughout Germany. Over 1,800 employees provide approximately 80,000 patients each year in 22 specialist centres and three day clinics. The focus is on neurology, neurosurgery, child and youth medicine, vascular and thorax surgery as well as psychiatry. The clinic is a teaching hospital at the University of Kiel and operates its own educational centre with around 200 apprentices.

Ensure intensive care: They take care of the basic and treatments, supplement them with aromatherapy and continuously monitor intensive patients.

Care for life-saving therapies: They provide support for organ replacement therapies in the multi-professional team, such as ECMO/ECLS and CRRT, and are involved in emergency situations including revival.

Prepare interventions: prepare diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, assist them and take over the preparation, for example in bronchoscopy and tracheotomy.

Farewell: They accompany relatives, references as well as dying individually and empathically, so that they can go peacefully, pain-free and dignified.

They have completed training as health care and nursing staff:in, nurses, elderly caregivers:in or child caregivers. Ideally, you have a specialist training in the field of anaesthesia and/or intensive care or a desire to qualify. After three years at the latest, we offer you the opportunity to take part in a professional training course (excluding nurses). They are a dedicated, talk-ready and team-capable personality that brings professionalism, empathy and humanity.
