Stationary care compact: living area, layers, remuneration and contract model – clearly combined. You bring your expertise into different care teams – with the retention of a firm employer. You can use contiguous operations in stationary facilities throughout Germany and work for their duration at the respective location.

DIESE CONDITIONS IN ALLY DAY OF THE COMPLETE:

• Holiday and Christmas money as additional special payments • Set up start and recommendation premiums transparently in accordance with current regulation • Tax-free surcharges may be possible depending on service • at least 30 days of holiday (birth additionally free), which remain predictable between handovers and responsibility • Planable services with comprehensible coordination between leisure, use and team everyday • Calculable payment: up to 32 € per hour in day care • Depending on the location of use, biac provides a personal room, hostel, hotel or other suitable accommodation at your own expense • Arrival and return are fully paid by biac; if a vehicle is needed, we will clarify • Application period, scope of work and organisational frameworks are coordinated before the start
