Planning, coordination and agreement of technician appointments with our customers Telephone and written consultation with medical practices and medical facilities Priority and meaningful classification of operations (e.g. according to urgency, location, capacity) Maintenance and updating of schedule in our systems Purchasing hardware and software (in particular software licenses and practical hardware) Collection and comparison of offers from our suppliers Triggering orders and tracking delivery dates Control of order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices Ensuring the availability of standard components and licenses for our customer projects Participation in the creation of offers, delivery notes and invoices General office organisation and correspondence Support your team in daily business

Closed commercial training (e.g. Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für IT-Systemmanagement or similar) Ideally, first professional experience in a similar position (termination, order processing, purchasing, etc.), but that is not a must Joy of telephone contact and close coordination with customers and colleagues Structured, reliable and independent operation Good organisational skills and a look at priorities Safe handling of current MS Office applications IT affinity is a plus – previous knowledge of the IT or health area are welcome, but no need
