• You are a central contact for our Telesales customers. You can see that you are raising customer orientation and customer satisfaction in the first interview.
• You help shape the strategic support of our customers, are the internal interface to specialist areas and manufacturer partners.
• You are an all-rounder, because you start offerings, are co-responsible for the calculation and transform cross- and upselling potentials into sales success.
• So you can communicate via different channels and use modern sales tools and CRM systems to maintain and expand long-term customer relationships.
• In your position, you also take the vote between distributors and manufacturers for the creation and technical pre-qualification.
• Last but not least, you will support us in preparing for tenders as well as the handling of orders and frame retrieval orders.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed training in the commercial sector or comparable completed studies.
• Experience in the sales service or in the system house of advantage, like in the IT industry.
• Routine with Microsoft Office products as well as experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or SAP S/4HANA ERP.
• In addition, you convince us by your strong communication skills, your enthusiasm for current IT trends and a sense of the needs of our customers.
