My client is looking for a Technical Sales & Service Manager (m/w/d) to support and expand an established customer base in the maritime environment. In this varied external service function, you combine technical expertise with sales responsibility and develop individual hygiene and cleaning solutions for well-known customers in the cruise and naval industry.

Support and further development of existing customer relationships in the area of cruise ships, river cruise ships, ferries, offshore plants and maritime suppliers Identification of sales potentials and targeted implementation of sales strategies for sustainable business development Acquisition of new customers and expansion of market share within the responsible area Implementation of product presentations, user trainings and technical demonstrations Advising customers with regard to modern cleaning, hygiene and disinfection concepts Installation, maintenance and maintenance of dosing, rinsing, washing and cleaning systems Analysis of technical problems and development of individual solutions Regular service operations and support for short-term customer requests Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional care and technical expertise Close cooperation with internal specialist departments to successfully implement customer projects

For this varied position we are looking for a strong and technically experienced personality with a high customer orientation. Ideally you bring the following qualifications: Complete technical training, for example as energy electronics, plant technicians, mechatronics, industrial mechanic or comparable First experience in field service or technical customer service Sales interest and fun in building long-term customer relationships Ideally first experience in B2B sales Technical understanding and joy in solving mechanical or electrotechnical issues Knowledge of maritime services (hygiene, hotel industry, gastronomy, laundry, facility services) are of advantage Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength, negotiation skills and safe occurrence High readiness for travel within the sales area readiness to access outside the usual business hours for urgent customer requests Very good German knowledge and good English skills Valid driving class B
