Project Engineer Ship Theory and Ship Lines (m/f/d)

In this position, you are responsible for ship-theoretical design and line development as part of challenging project planning projects for the German contracting authority. You will accompany projects from the study to the resilient basis of decision. Your tasks at a glance: In the course of studies and pre-projects, you develop different design variants, analyze their technical impact and guide action recommendations. You develop technical solutions, taking into account applicable regulations, requirements and boundary conditions, and coordinate them with internal departments and external partners. Through the participation in technical evaluations and decision-making templates, you can create resilient foundations for further project implementation. In addition, check the economic sustainability of the concepts, identify project-specific risks and actively support their assessment and minimisation. The cooperation with industrial partners and suppliers will provide you with expert, support selection processes and ensure compliance with the defined technical requirements.
