What you do • You guide our outpatient residence PLUS residence with 32 nursing apartments and one day care. • You are a contact person for employees, customers and customers, relatives, volunteers and the community. • You are responsible for the success-oriented personnel acquisition, recruitment and management, the economic management of the facility and the compliance with the corporate objectives, standards and concepts. • You represent the interior and exterior of the facility and ensure networking to the community.
