As a reliable contact person, you are responsible for the technical, qualitative and timely execution of the transferred construction projects and are responsible for the testing and acceptance of suppliers and external service providers. You instruct, control and monitor professionally assigned employees, subcontractors and suppliers in compliance with the contractual conditions agreed upon for the customer order. You pick up offers in cooperation with the purchase, check them, analyze the required power set of the commission and control the personnel and material requirements. The economic and professional development of the construction projects is guaranteed. You actively participate in project controlling and follow-up management. You create schedules and assembly planning. The monitoring of the execution by self-employed personnel and subcontractors with regard to standard compliance and quality is part of your task. You create scales, documentation and acceptance reports, participate in project meetings, organize and carry out acceptances as well as instructions and training to the customer and help in optimizing customer-specific service processes. For our customers, You are the first contact persons of Bosch with regard to technical and service-oriented issues, interfaces to contractors, planners and project managers and participate in meetings, performance assessments and decreases etc. You recognize the need for extension or modification of existing systems and systems, actively address this to the customer and execute them in accordance with the customer.
