Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Reutlingen As a PreMaster Student*in, you will independently develop and represent UX topics in interdisciplinary project teams consisting of UX designers, engineers, project managers and software developers. Your focus is on understanding users' needs and customer needs, designing and designing digital and non-digital projects in the Mobility Electronics environment. You are responsible for the user-oriented design processes of the projects from conception to implementation and actively shape our software tools and services. In addition, you have a direct exchange with the users and conduct qualitative user research together with UX experts. After the synthesis of the Findings, you translate it into meaningful solutions for the user group. Together with the UX team, you are continuously driving the further development of the UX strategy and the UX network at company level. Through your structured work and your very good visual feel, your work has a high quality. You work holistic and always have the user needs in mind.

Education: above-average university degree (Bachelor) in the field of information design, UX design, service design, interaction design, communication design or a comparable degree course and concrete intention to start a master's degree (Bachelor degree is allowed max. 6 months back) Personality & working methods: You are creative, you like to work in the team and have a sense of good design. In addition, you are open and communicative and like to promote new topics. Experience and know-how: You have very good knowledge of the usual tools Miro and Figma, and have expertise in the user centered design process. You also have experience and fun in carrying out workshops and UX methods. You also want to expand your presentation and communication skills and work into the topic of UX strategy. Languages: very good German knowledge in word and writing, good English knowledge
