Production of special components and precision components according to technical drawings, work plans and production documents Processing of work orders in compliance with the predetermined quality, time and cost-effectiveness requirements Programming, setting up and operating modern CNC milling machines Creation and optimization of CNC programs using CAD/CAM system Self-selected selection and installation of tools, clamping means and devices Performance of quality controls, workpiece measurements and ongoing production monitoring performing initial, intermediate and final tests using suitable measuring and testing equipment Maintenance, maintenance, armour and maintenance of machinery and equipment used Analysis and elimination of malfunctions in the manufacturing process and initiation of appropriate corrective measures Documentation of errors, deviations and quality defects in accordance with the applicable requirements Participation in planning and prioritizing your own work tasks and resources Active cooperation in the design and optimization of the working environment according to Lean and 5S principles Implementation and support of measures to continuously improve and increase efficiency of workflows and manufacturing processes Interest to actively contribute to production planning and control and develop in this area

Successfully completed training for industrial, tool or machining mechanic Multiannual professional experience in cutting production desirable, but no condition Finded experience in operating and programming CNC-controlled milling machines, preferably with Heidenhain controls High level of autonomy and team capacity Structured, conscientious and independent operation
