Number: MER00041VP You are looking for an exciting compulsory internship as part of your Bachelor's degree program and want to see how law works in practice? With us, you are working on real cases around vehicles and digital products, supported by contracts and AGB and get to know the working day of a sales law department. These challenges include: Participation in legal advice on civil law issues, in particular from the right to purchase and AGB law, in connection with the sale of new and used vehicles, digital products and spare parts

Support in the legal advice of sales processes via various sales channels, such as in stationary trade and online shops

carrying out research on legal issues in the national and international context and preparing the results for the responsible lawyers

Participation in the preparation of legal opinions, notes and opinions, according to the requirements and in coordination with the responsible lawyers

Support in the examination and preparation of contracts, in particular purchase and rental contracts, guarantee contracts and general terms and conditions

Working in the day-to-day operating business of the sales law department with reference to sales and sales processes and in cooperation with internal departments

The activity can begin from June 2026.

Course of study in the field of economic law (bachelor or comparable), law or comparable studies, which mainly conveys legal content

Interest in sales- and civil-law issues, in particular purchasing law, rental law, AGB law, consumer protection law and contract design

Affinity for digital products and modern sales models (e.g. online sales, digital extras, OTA updates, app-based services)

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Impressed analytical thinking and the ability to prepare complex facts in a comprehensible and addressable manner

Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word

Structured, careful and reliable operation

Own initiative, willingness to learn and enjoy working on new topics – even outside classical legal fields – such as the use of AI

High team and communication skills, professionalism and willingness to work with different interfaces (in and outside the legal department)
