For our HR team in Alzenau we are looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) as a parental agency. You take charge billing and various tasks in the staff administration. With your careful and service-oriented operation, you will ensure a professional HR service and smooth personal processes.

You are responsible for the timely implementation and monitoring of monthly pay billing, including all administrative follow-up processes. You serve the staff administration along the Employee Lifecycle, from master data management to entrances and exits to the administration of retirement, pensions and occupational pensions. You create HR-relevant reports and evaluations from SAP and accompany internal and external audits. You actively participate in HR and Payroll projects and support the continuous improvement and standardization of processes. You drive the digitalization of personal processes and act as SAP Super Users for the field.

You have completed commercial training, ideally with continuing training in staffing, in pay billing or a comparable qualification. You provide several years of professional experience in pay billing as well as sound knowledge in pay tax and social security law. You have good user knowledge in SAP HCM, ideally also in SuccessFactors, as well as in popular MS Office applications, especially Excel. You work independently, structured and reliable and are characterized by a high degree of responsibility, discretion and service orientation. You are strong in communication, are happy to work in the team and have the pleasure of optimising processes and actively shaping digitalization in the personnel sector.
