WMS Key user (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the stable operation and the continuous development of the REPLY Warehouse Management System (WMS) at the Hammersbach site First-level support for WMS incidents as well as close cooperation with users, 2nd-level support and external IT service providers Support in implementation, rollout and further development of the WMS (Test, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare) Conducting training for employees and ensuring a sustainable knowledge transfer (including building backup key users) Ensuring compliance with global standards (PEP), maintenance of master data, system configuration and monitoring of relevant KPIs Support and implementation of WMS-related projects

At least 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics, ideally in a FMCG or comparable environment Very good understanding of storage processes and their interfaces to other areas Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and experience in handling IT-based solutions Embossed analytical skills, problem-solving skills and experience in change management Very good communication and training skills as well as fluent English skills
