You coordinate the day-to-day operating business including order, offer and order management and ensure a timely and smooth handling You are the central contact person for customers, branches and resellers and professionally process inquiries, complaints and special orders In addition, you support department management in the organization, control and further development of the internal sales service as well as in process optimizations and projects You design and support the sales organization through the planning and implementation of sales actions, communication measures and internal processes With your attention to detail, you advise and manage customer, product and order data in the goods management system and create relevant documents such as order lists and price lists You create and analyze statistics, key figures and reports, thus supporting operational control and decision-making

With your commercial training and ideally first experience in the sales service, customer service or in a comparable position, you bring the right foundation for this task with You bring first leadership experience, understand how to motivate and accompany employees and coordinate tasks and processes in a targeted manner Structure and organization are in your blood – you work independently, reliably and keep track of multiple tasks Your communication-strong and service-oriented way convinces you in exchange with customers, branches and internal contacts A safe handling of numbers, data and digital systems is part of everyday work for you You have good MS Office skills and ideally experience in handling goods management systems As a dedicated team player, you bring your own initiative and enjoy actively shaping and improving processes
