Immatics combines the discovery of true targets for cancer immuntherapies with the development of the right T cell receptors with the goal of enabling a robust and specific T cell response against these targets. We are looking for a full-time or part-time (min. 80%) at the next possible time and a permanent employee* to strengthen our team at the Tübingen site. Your mission A diverse range of tasks awaits you with the following priorities: Reception and office organization (e.g. processing of single and outgoing mail and parcels as well as coordination of courier services)

Acceptance and forwarding of telephone calls

Implementation of orders of any kind (office, drinks, consumables)

Visitor reception

Filling and reviewing of kitchen supplies, distribution of internal mail and consumables

Care and care of our kitchens, lounges and meeting rooms as well as roof terraces

Care and cleaning of our kitchen appliances as well as care for indoor planting

Ideally, you have a commercial understanding and practical experience in the area of office organization/housekeeping. A safe handling of MS Office is a prerequisite for this position. They bring a high degree of self-responsibility, enthusiasm, team capacity and reliability for this activity. They are ready to help with evening events if necessary. Your profile is rounded off by your communication skills and your very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. A class B licence is advantageous.
