Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Acceptance of open customer orders and fault messages
• Order creation and associated disposition
• Order tracking and documentation with ERP systems
• Order feedback to customers: inside
• Adoption of customer complaints and their persecution
• Maintaining the customer database and updating information
• Communication with various departments to ensure order processing

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Good technical understanding
• Professional experience in customer care or order management
• Knowledge in handling ERP software (e.g. SAP, Oracle) desirable
• Experience in the processing of complaints and fault messages
• Good computer skills, especially MS Office applications
