Head of Laboratory for Industrial Companies (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the areas of sampling and laboratory with a team of over 30 employees You control and optimize the entire laboratory and sampling operation and ensure the reliable chemical evaluation of all relevant material flows You are responsible for quality assurance along the entire process chain from sampling to analysis You secure and develop existing accreditations in the context of self-monitoring in the wastewater sector You coordinate external sampling and ensure efficient procedures in cooperation with internal and external partners

Successfully completed study of chemistry, process chemistry or a comparable discipline Multiannual relevant professional and leadership experience, preferably in the industrial environment Knowledge of analytical chemistry and non-ferrous metallurgy Good English knowledge of word and writing as well as very good German knowledge desirable Embossed team and communication skills High target orientation, enforcement strength and pronounced social competence Safe handling of MS Office; Dynamics NAV knowledge is advantageous
