Planning, coordination and implementation of maintenance, testing and maintenance measures in lightning protection systems, potential balancing systems and electrical installations in the building infrastructure Support and maintenance of fire alarm systems (BMA), intrusion alarm systems (EMA), access control systems and video surveillance systems Analysis of faults, introduction of appropriate measures for troubleshooting and ensuring reliable plant availability Processing and documentation of maintenance, testing and maintenance orders in SAP Technical support, instruction and coordination of external service providers/remote companies as well as supervision of audits, maintenance and repair work Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, technical standards and internal guidelines in the field of electrical engineering, security technology and building infrastructure Self-responsible driving of optimization and improvement measures to increase operational safety, availability and documentation quality

Complete training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. as an electronics technician for energy and building technology, electronics technician for operating technology, mechatronics technicians or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in electrical installation, building infrastructure or technical maintenance is desirable Knowledge or practical experience in the field of lightning protection, potential compensation, fire alarm systems, intrusion detection technology, access control or video surveillance are advantageous Safe understanding of technical documentation, schematics, test protocols and current electrotechnical regulations Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP or comparable maintenance systems Embossed problem-solving competence, sense of responsibility, independent, structured working and team orientation
