Our client has been the reliable partner for demolition and recycling in the region around Worms for decades. The medium-sized company has successfully established itself in the market through quality work and an intelligent connection of several business fields and is one of the place-branches. At the next possible time, we are looking for the succession of the age for the long-term head of demolition. In this position, a dedicated team with firm employees is responsible and lead your area as an independent unit with full responsibility under the company owner. You coordinate the daily business and can bring and implement their own ideas. We are aimed at down-to-earth personalities with experience in demolition (e.g. from construction management, team management, etc.) who want to seek a safe and versatile activity and take responsibility for the demolition department.

Management of the business area Breakdown work with responsibility for dates, quality, work safety and costs Processing of inquiries, costing and creation of offers as well as first contact for customers Construction site planning, control and monitoring of construction site processing Leadership, motivation and further development of your team (approximately 10MA) as well as ensuring regular instruction and standards Continuous optimization of processes and interfaces as well as support of the managing director in the future-oriented development of the area

Technical qualification by studying in civil engineering or industrial engineering a comparable qualification through relevant education and training Multiannual professional experience in the control of construction services and experience in the field of demolition/reconstruction, civil engineering, civil engineering or recycling Management competency, enforcement strength and pragmatic hands-on mentality at construction sites and in everyday business Safe handling of EDV / IT Communication strength and reliability in cooperation with (private and commercial) contracting entities, authorities, subcontractors and internal contact persons
