Participation in the support of exciting construction projects in northern Germany with exclusive Focus on work safety in special depth construction Regular construction site visits and support in the creation of risk assessments Analysis of accidents at work and development of appropriate prevention measures Detection of areas of action from observations, dialogues and accident analyses, as well as the development of measures to integrate occupational health and safety in the workplace Working with health-promoting and safety-relevant initiatives in the company Support in the implementation and development of best practice solutions in occupational safety

Complete vocational training or technical studies in the field of construction or comparable qualifications Multiannual operational professional experience on construction sites, ideally in deep or special depth construction Extensive interest in occupational safety and high motivation to develop in this area Willingness to participate in the professional qualification as a specialist for occupational safety (Sifa) – fully funded and actively supported by us Self-employed, structured working and high sense of responsibility Communication strength, team capacity and safe occurrence in dealing with employees, authorities and contractors Very good German and good English skills Class B travel and driving licence
