You support our team as Application Engineer (m/d) Air Springs

Technical development of air springs and air suspension modules according to internal specifications, customer specifications and project schedule during the entire project management process. Technical assessment of customer specifications and requirements. Then give customer feedback, check and negotiate a technically acceptable basis for the project. Basic functional design and derivation of specifications for design, material and tests. Coordination of procurement, assembly, quality assurance and delivery of prototype parts. Coordination of equipment, resources, implementation and documentation of static and dynamic tests relevant to the design and product validation, including the customer's approval. Comprehensive coordination of the technical aspects affecting the design, function and quality of the product with all internal (product development, process engineering, testing, PQS, logistics) and external (customers, suppliers) stakeholders. Permanent commitment to product/process improvements and innovations, including the protection of knowledge by patents. Technical support in the introduction of products and occasionally occurring serial delivery problems and quality demands. Support of design and process FMEA.

Bachelor degree or higher in mechanical engineering or similar fields Multiannual experience in the automotive industry or automotive suppliers in the fields of development and project management Good knowledge of MS-Office Knowledge of product development, basic knowledge of air springs are advantageous Impressed communication skills and team spirit Enforcement and Structured Operation Liquid knowledge of German and English
