Project Manager Process Management – for our major project S/4HANA transformation (m/f/d)

We work in project and change management as internal consulting in one of the most modern clinics in Europe. We support the University Hospital through project management for comprehensive software introductions, transformation projects and commissioning of new buildings in the framework of the 2050 Future Plan. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:n project manager:in, who has been enthusiastic about the topic of digitalization of processes and has already gained corresponding professional experiences here and who would like to give them to our large project S/4HANA transformation. The UKE is in front of a comprehensive SAP training in all administrative areas through the planned S/4HANA introduction. The aim is to map Lean Management oriented digital business processes with a strong focus on business process analysis and optimization.

We are looking for a:n experienced:n, motivated:n and committed:n Project Manager:in for the cluster processes in the large project. The position is part of the overall project management together with the program management, the project management IT and the project management methodology and change.

We have the following exciting and interesting tasks to offer: Head of the Cluster Processes in the SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program as part of the overall project management Control of cross-sectional functions from the cluster processes within the project, such as process architecture, data protection, role and authorization management Consultation of project management in the large-scale project on process management methodology Central responsibility for the end-to-end processes throughout the entire project, including the governance to be observed, e.g. B. Data protection, labour law and internal regulations Advising the project members on the topics Processes and Process Management Coordination of process implementation and training for future users: Working with Change Management with Focus on Process Changes Controlling the expectation management of the different stakeholders in all project phases, even if it becomes turbulent Planning, control and monitoring of the responsible project with agile/classical project management methods in a dedicated team Reporting to the program management Motivation and advice of the team, even in dynamic project times Professional management of hybrid projects and management of external service providers Budget responsibility and project controlling for the project

Completion of academic studies in business, computer science, engineering, natural sciences or equivalent skills and experience Comprehensive experience and extensive knowledge in the methods and instruments of project management, process management, lean management and change management Experience in managing large and complex process projects, ideally in the context of an SAP S/4HANA transformation Experience in managing project teams and managing external service providers Ideally knowledge of the processes and structures of Uni-Klinik-Administrations Ideally expertise in the tools Signavio and LeanIX High degree of independent, structured, result-, process- and customer-oriented operation Openness, safe occurrence, enforcing ability, perseverance, team capacity, professional communication at all levels, ability to analyze complex relationships in technical and organizational structures, organisational skills, self-employment and sense of responsibility Very good knowledge of German (C-Level)
