For our department of environmental protection and occupational safety, we are looking for a:n Safety Coordinator:in permanent employment (parttime possible).

In your role as an operational safety coordinator: at TraveNetz GmbH you take a central responsibility for the safety and efficiency of our work processes. Create risk assessments, work instructions and operating instructions with our Auditor Plus business software to ensure highest safety standards. Assessment of workflows, working conditions, work equipment and hazardous materials, taking into account legal requirements and internal guidelines. Examination of manufacturer information and user manuals of the equipment and equipment used to ensure their safe use. Independent coordination of meetings with experts and project leaders as well as support in planning and construction processes, including the implementation of risk analyses. Regular visits and audits of the workplaces to identify and remedy potential hazards at an early stage. Create reports and statistics to ensure transparency and traceability in all safety-related processes. With your commitment, you are actively contributing to making the working world safer and more efficient – both locally in Lübeck and mobile. You bring a completed study (Bachelor) in the field of electrical engineering or a training as a specialist for safety at work – ideally according to the regulations gas and electricity. Alternatively, you have equivalent knowledge and skills. Your well-founded knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations, such as EnWG, VDE, DVGW, AGFW and DIN 9001, as well as your safe handling of quality management standards, are all yours. Ideally, you have already gained several years of professional experience in an energy supply company and are familiar with the technical safety management system, its rules and the quality management system. Entrepreneurship, taking responsibility and the ability to think in ways and options are among your strengths. Your communication and information skills as well as your strong collaborative and conflicting ability make you an estimated team member. A class B driving license completes your profile.
