Reference number: COO0426ST You take over the overall operational responsibility and drive growth, efficiency and scaling of primaholding consistently. You work closely with the shareholders and an existing management team, especially the CTO and CFO.

Total operational responsibility Control of the entire operating business of the Group Leadership of central areas: Sales (Telesales, D2D, Online) Customer service & handling Marketing

Building clear structures and responsibilities Scaling & growth Development and scaling of the business model Building a powerful, scalable organization Ensuring growth, efficiency and quality High volume control (e.g. 1,000+ closures/day) Strategy implementation Translation of the company strategy into concrete operational measures Construction and control of a group-wide roadmap Priority and implementation of key initiatives Performance & KPI control Control of clear KPI and reporting structures Data-driven optimization of all business areas Responsibility for performance, achievement and continuous improvement Cooperation with Technology & Finance Close cooperation with the CTO, which carries total technological responsibility (IT, development, architecture) Common Priority of Digitization and Automation Projects Coordination with the CFO on Budget, Planning and Economic Control
