As a production employee (m/w/d) in rubber and plastic processing, you can look forward to a varied working environment. • You take over the operation and monitoring of production machines.
• You ensure the quality of the products produced by regular checks.
• You help to change and set up tools and machines.
• You are responsible for maintaining clean and safe working processes.
• You have a watchful eye on compliance with production requirements and times.

We are looking for

We are not looking for superheroes, but motivated talents who want to become part of a great team. Experience in the field of rubber and plastic processing is great – but no need. Here are the basics you should bring:

• You have ideally first experience in the production environment (but also cross-comers are welcome!).
• You are reliable, motivated and willing to learn new things.
• You have craftsmanship and are happy to work in the team.
• You are ready for shiftwork and can flexibly adjust to different working hours.
• You have good German skills to understand work instructions and safety regulations.
