Social pedagogue and training companion (m/f/d)

For our location in Lüneburg and our team of Assisted training flexible (AsA flex), we are looking for a:n**

Social pedagogue:in and training companion:in (w/m/d)

Full time (39 hours/week)

with passion, model character and empathy.

Your tasks:

• They support participants in the search, preparation, vocational training and vocational training. In this context, you conduct intensive business acquisitions and determine suitable training places for the participants. The aim is to activate and motivate participants to achieve a successful conclusion.
• There will be close cooperation between you and the training companies, the Jobcenter and the Federal Office for Labour, the Chambers and the vocational schools.
• Administrative work such as e.g. filling out forms, maintaining lists and documentation are also part of your field of activity.

You bring with:

• You have completed your studies in social education/work or of social work or comparable qualifications or bring a qualification as a master:in, technician:in or specialist:in with training examination and experience with the target group of trainees.
• Alternatively, you have a degree in a state-approved education profession and professional experience with the target group as well as relevant additional qualifications.
• Professional experience in working with young people and working with job centres, employment agency, training establishments, chambers and vocational schools is desirable.
