Creation and analysis of HR key figures, personnel reports and evaluations to support planning, control and prioritization processes Participation in personnel reserves, bills, medium-term planning and financial statements, including the preparation of relevant findings Support for personnel quantity and personnel cost planning as well as the processing of selected issues relating to the occupational pension scheme Compilation and evaluation of statistics, cost structure surveys and reports and development of first action recommendations Processing of requests for information, for example in the context of the fee transparency law, including data analysis and structured processing Close cooperation with company controlling, HR Business partners, HR management, management and external auditors Participation in the further development of HR controlling processes, reporting structures and planning approaches

(m/w/d), a specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification First professional experience (ideally 2–3 years) in personal controlling, controlling, accounting or in pay accounting Very good knowledge in Excel as well as experience in handling SAP Ideally knowledge of personnel planning software and analysis tools Interest in personal economic indicators, planning processes and data-based analyses Structured and solution-oriented operation and a high quality awareness Organisational skills and joy in cooperation with different contact persons
