We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Chef de Rang (m/w/d), who supports our restaurant team and offers our guests a first-class service.

Type of employment: Full time

Responsibility for the guest service: You will take guests to your own station in the restaurant or outdoor area and make sure You feel comfortable all around. Advice and sales: You advise guests in the selection of food and drinks, recommend matching wines and specialties and ensure a smooth service. Coordination of the service team: You work closely with the service team and the kitchen to ensure a smooth service run and assist in the incorporation of new employees. Ensuring quality standards: You pay attention to compliance with our high service standards and ensure consistently high quality in guest care. Pre- and post-processing: You take care of the Mise en Place in your area and care about the service for order and cleanliness.

Ideally completed training in the hotel industry or Gastronomy or experience in a comparable position Host qualities and high customer orientation High quality awareness and service orientation Good knowledge of R&B as well as excellent knowledge of wine independence, reliability and commitment Open appearance and a communicative way German and English skills
