We are looking for you as a production manager (m/w/d) electronics.

Pay by agreement.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring precise production in line with production planning
• Compliance with quality requirements
• Responsibility for maintenance, repair and revision work
• Cooperation with production planning for short-term production changes or new orders
• Continuous optimization of production by analysis
• Improvement and adaptation of production processes, production processes and standardization taking into account modern methods
• Ensure compliance with applicable directives and regulations, in particular safety regulations and quality standards
• Regular implementation of analyses/reportings for productivity, including the preparation of recommendations for action, as well as the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives
• Ensuring a consistent problem-solving process including cause analysis

Your profile:

• A completed vocational training in the technical field, ideally in the field of electrical engineering
• Multiannual experience in practice and leadership experience as well as a completed training for technicians or masters (m/w/d)
• Good REFA knowledge through corresponding developments
• Funded know-how in lean and quality management
• Secure handling of ERP and MS Office systems
• High quality, efficiency and safety awareness
• Very good communication and team skills as well as a structured working method
